Cleaningservice can be added if desired.The area is fenced and 24h security , several escape stairs , sprinkler and fire alarm system directly to any room .

LOCATION

The apartments are located in Jomtien, soi 14, at the quieter part of Pattaya ( only approx. 1.5 hours from Bangkok ) , and the area has a lot of activities for people of all ages.

If you want a quiet and peaceful day one day or an action packed day , anything is possible in this area . The beach of Jomtien is fine and shallow.

Taxi route to Pattaya stops in the street just outside the facility . A wide variety of restaurants at all sites. A large number of golf courses of international standard within a short distance from the plants . There is also a huge choice of places nearby if you want activities and day excursions , examples are Sriracha Tiger Zoo , Underwater World, Nong Nooch Botanical Garden , bowling , cinema , etc.

There are also several islands in the area that are perfect for day trips or if you want to sleep over .

New: Ramayana Water Park will be Southeast Asia's largest water park and Thailand's first internationally designed water park, the area is full of 160 000 km . Opens the latter part of 2014 .Amazing lot of shopping opportunities, including weekend market near the plants as well as many other markets and shopping centers in Pattaya. There are also a large number of tailors in both Jomtien and Pattaya.
